NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You have not yet won. The Brunswick Bowling & Billiards The Judge™ Drawing (the “Drawing”) is offered for participation only to legal United States residents who have reached the age of majority in their state of legal residence. This Drawing shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by, United States law. Do not participate in the Drawing if you are not a legal resident of the United States at time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Brunswick Bowling & Billiards and the immediate families (parents, spouses, children, siblings, and each of their parents, spouses, children and siblings) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Drawing Period, legibly and fully complete the comment card received with your sample Judge cleaner, including name, center name, occupation, phone number, and e-mail address and you will receive one entry into the Drawing. Send your comment card: with sufficient first-class postage affixed, Attn: Jean Marshall, Brunswick Bowling & Billiards, 525 W. Laketon Ave., Muskegon, MI 49441, or via fax number (231)725-4941, or complete online at www.brunswickbowling.com. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Drawing at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Limit one survey entry per person, or household regardless of entry method used. Multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) June 25, 2007. Not responsible for damaged, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, postage due, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become the sole property of Brunswick Bowling & Billiards (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned.
2. DRAWING PERIOD/DRAWING: Drawing starts on or about April 15, 2007 and ends June 25, 2007 (“Drawing Period”). A random drawing will be conducted at approximately 6:00 p.m. ET on or about June 30, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by the phone number or mailing address provided on the comment card approximately two weeks after the Drawing.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: First Prizes (2): A designated account with $1,000 credit towards the purchase of Brunswick Bowling lane maintenance products of winners’ choice for commercial use only. (ARV $1,000). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Winners responsible for any applicable delivery and shipping charges. Brunswick Products must be ordered on or before July 15, 2007. Any and all prize amounts remaining in the account after July 15, 2007 will be forfeited and lost.
4. GENERAL RULES: This Drawing is subject to U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance, if potential winner cannot be reached within the first attempt using the contact information provided on the entry, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By entering or accepting prize, entrants agree to hold Sponsor (Brunswick Bowling and Billiards Corp.), their distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Drawing agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all alleged or actual claims arising out of acceptance, delivery, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Drawing or any Drawing-related activity. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Drawing or use or redemption of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winners’ name, biographical information, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Drawing, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted in whole or in part, except Sponsor reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Drawing or in the announcement of prize. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Drawing, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Drawing is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Drawing without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Drawing as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will any additional prizes be awarded than as stated in Rule #3 herein.
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Drawing or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing of submissions in the Drawing. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all responsibility for: (i) any error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; and/or (ii) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines; computer online systems, servers, or providers; computer equipment; software; or failure of e-mail or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant’s or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Drawing.
5.
