Vector® Management System

Discover efficient, effective bowling center management with the easy-to-use functionality of the Vector management system. From color-coded lane reservations to lane assignment with the single click of a mouse, the Vector management system controls your critical reservation, cash, and lane operations. The membership database provides the ability to track contact information for discount programs and promotional mailings as well as bowler statistics for your most loyal customers. Reports for employee schedules and productivity, membership information, and food and beverage sales will keep you informed of every element in your center.

Lane Control Standard lane control functionality can be configured automatically with a single key stroke or mouse click. Rates can be assigned based on day and time. Assign score sheet styles and animations quickly and easily to each lane. Mechanic lane hold marks lanes that are out of service. Pinsetter control stops, starts, resets, and spots pins with GS-series pinsetters.
Cash Control Automatically assign rates and create packages (up to three items per package) for fast and efficient service. Includes functionality to support stand-alone bars, pro shops, snack bars, and other point-of-sale opportunities.

Tax Management Adds up to three taxes per product for easy tax management and control.
Wait List When lanes aren't readily available, track waiting customers and the time they entered the list. Names can be downloaded as lanes open.
Reservations Provides a perpetual calendar that can handle scheduling lanes today - or any time in the future. Color-coded reservations show reservation type at a glance as well as current lane status. Reservation reports also include bowler information.
Reports Management reports allow you to track everything from sales, maintenance, employee activity, memberships, and frequent customer activity. Vector offers a variety of management reports to give you a clear view of your center's performance.
League Support You can add league and management support functionality to your Vector management system with CDE BLS-2004. This system allows you to manage a wide range of league types and demands. It's a great tool for increasing league revenues.
Tournament Support Add a complete tournament package to your Vector management system with the addition of CDE T3-32. With a tournament program, your center can attract high-profile events. This system meets all ABC and WIBC requirements and regulations.
Customer Database Track useful bowler information to create traffic building direct mail programs, bowler statistics (including high/low games and averages), and locker assignments. Use an optional bar code reader to quickly retrieve member information.
Frequent Customer Programs Track bowling activity such as games and statistics to create frequent bowler discounts and reward programs that build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Use an optional bar code reader to quickly retrieve customer information.
Messaging Communicate with your bowlers via your overheads. Overhead messaging can be delivered by scrolling banners and full screen messages. Create center-wide signage with one character per overhead for special event introductions and welcome messaging.
Pinsetter Camera Adjustment Pinsetter camera adjustments can be made conveniently from your front desk computer. A real-time data view makes changing light level thresholds and trouble-shooting easy. Camera images can be saved and printed for additional maintenance efficiency. This system works with all major pinsetter designs available today. Brunswick GS pinsetters do not require cameras.
Security Secure passwords protect your most sensitive information. Grant or deny access according to employee or service area. Employees can be completely blocked out of the operating system.
Scoring Computer Back-up Each lane's data is automatically captured and backed up at the front desk server. In the unlikely event a scoring computer failure occurs, scores can be restored from the front desk.
