Vector Plus

Vector Plus management system provides complete center management solutions from lane and cash control capabilities to integrated league and tournament management software. Cash control functions provide extensive support for multiple rate assignments, product packages, and discount options for frequent customer programs. The ability to manage tabs, accounts, and deferred payments provides flexibility for a diverse center operation. League and tournament officials will appreciate the efficiency of a single membership database when using Brunswick's league and tournament packages. Extensive reporting tools allow you to closely monitor any activity within your center.

 


Feature List
Lane Control This system can be configured to automatically apply rates for designated days and times. Global settings support standard lane preparation (e.g. score sheet styles and animation selections) for leagues and other scoring arrangements. Additional functions include mechanic lane hold to mark lanes that are out of service. Pinsetter control stops, starts, resets, and spots pins with GS-series pinsetters.
Cash Control Group center operations into categories to support lane activities, bar and restaurant activities, and point of sale purchases. Provide precise accounting of purchases, from any point of sale in your center. Create unlimited product groups, rates, and packages.
Tabs Tabs can be split and paid off separately while tracking purchases by customer name, table, or lane number. Establish charge accounts for select customers, groups, or companies based on pre-paid activities, debt levels, and deferred payments. Track gift certificates, special event deposits, and league prize funds.
Tax Management Tax control mode allows products to be switched from taxable to non-taxable status to meet the needs of tax exempt organizations or retail transactions. Taxes can be selected by product and can add up to 15 taxes per product as well as transaction taxes.
Wait List Keep traffic moving, customers happy, and profitability high with a responsive wait list function that tracks waiting customers and lane status when lanes are not currently available.
Reservations Custom-defined resources - such as lanes, meeting rooms, and lockers - can be assigned on a daily basis. Displays a 3-day view of all pending reservations and availability.
Reports Track everything from sales, maintenance schedules, and employee activity, to memberships and frequent customer participation. Vector Plus offers a wide range of management reports to give you a clear and precise picture of your center's productivity and efficiency.
League Support Choose from Brunswick LRS (League Record Service) that integrates with your database or CDE BLS software. Both systems allow you to manage a wide range of league types and requirements. Responsive and efficient league management support is a great tool for winning new league business.
Tournament Support The Vector Plus management system includes the Brunswick tournament package, which integrates with your membership database. With Vector Plus tournament support, you'll be able to attract high-profile events to your center to build your competitive image with the best bowlers in your market. The system is compatible with all ABC and WIBC requirements and regulations.
Customer Database Create more efficiency and performance with your customer database. This system tracks customer's names, addresses, and birthdays to create highly productive direct mail promotions, and interfaces with tournament and league modules. Use the standard bar code reader to quickly retrieve customer information.
Frequent Customer Programs Track customer purchases and create special customer discount and reward programs. Tiered and running discounts can be managed using monetary or percentage discounts. Use the optional bar code reader to quickly retrieve customer information.
Off-Site Access Off-site access provides you with the capability of viewing center operation from a remote location.
Messaging Communicate with your bowlers via your overheads. Overhead messaging can be delivered by scrolling banners and full screen messages. Create center-wide signage with one character per overhead for special event introductions and welcome messaging.
Pinsetter Camera Adjustment Pinsetter camera adjustments can be made conveniently from your front desk computer. A real-time data view makes changing light level thresholds and trouble-shooting easy. Camera images can be saved and printed for additional maintenance efficiency. This system works with all major pinsetter designs available today. Brunswick GS pinsetters do not require cameras.
Security Secure passwords protect your most sensitive information. Grant or deny access according to employee or service area. Employees can be completely blocked out of the operating system.
Scoring Computer Back-up Each lane's data is automatically captured and backed up at the front desk server. In the unlikely event a scoring computer failure occurs, scores can be restored from the front desk.
